Paul Fox

Paul Fox is a former Government Adviser in Ireland in three Departments with more than 15 years’ experience in Public Policy Development, Public Affairs and Public Relations.

He is Director and Co-founder of Pinnacle Public Affairs, which was founded in 2020 alongside his business partner Paudie Coffey.

Paul has worked as a Ministerial policy and press adviser in three government departments, including the Departments of An Taoiseach (Irish Prime Minister) Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government. Paul was central to Ireland’s Brexit communications strategy that ultimately helped the EU achieve Phase One of the Brexit process. He has also a track record on policy delivery in the areas of housing, planning and construction.

Paul holds a masters degree in Public Affairs and Political Communication and has extensive experience working across different sectors of the economy with clients, from housing; energy, healthcare, IT and hospitality all of which have seen successful campaigns delivered.

Paul is well known and respected and has an extensive network of connections in the political and business world at every level in Ireland and across the EU.

A keen sports fan, Paul has previously completed the Dublin City Marathon, Gaelforce Connemara Challenge and the ‘Hell and Back” adventure race. His pastimes include reading, rugby, soccer and the GAA.
